The girls have been training all year for their season home opener which happens this Saturday, May 28 at The Sleeman Centre in downtown Guelph.

Introducing flat track roller derby at its finest; featuring the Royal City Rollergirls along with special guests the Tri-City Roller Girls. Guelph’s own Royal City Rollergirls are proud to announce that all three of their home teams are battling it out at the “Royal Smackdown”. Spend time with your family while watching real women play the action packed sport of roller derby and enjoy the great entertainment at half time. The home opener is Saturday, May 28th at the Sleeman Centre in Guelph. Doors open at 6:30 pm with the first game beginning at 7:00 pm and the second game immediately after at 9 PM. Tickets and season passes are available from local rollergirls, select retailers and at the door. Admission is only $8 in advance, $10 at the door and children under 12 are free.
