In the 1930s, the creator of the classic Flapper comic strip Blondie also created Colonel Potterby and The Duchess. I know, right? I never heard of it either! Anyway, this one strip has a great black cat meow gag so I thought we could feature it here on the Meow! blog. Enjoy!

The new season of bouts for the Royal City Roller Girls has just started up and the first local game takes place this Saturday, April 28 in Fergus at the Center Wellington Sportsplex. We have tickets for the bout at Meow! Tickets are $8.00. (There is an afterparty back in Guelph at the ANAF club downtown beside the Farmer's Market/Harvey's.)

Skating Supplies in Guelph

The big news at Meow! is that the new City Hall Skating Rink is now open right across the street from us and we've been meeting tons of new friends who have come to Market Square in Downtown Guelph.
