In the 1930s, the creator of the classic Flapper comic strip Blondie also created
Colonel Potterby and The Duchess. I know, right? I never heard of it either! Anyway, this one strip has a great black cat meow gag so I thought we could feature it here on the Meow! blog. Enjoy!
